One of the best presents I received this Christmas was a movie from my older brother. It seems that Gene Defcon, a friend and Business Deal Associate of mine spent a great deal of time over the past few months making a dub of the 1961 version of the Parent Trap constructing a new plot, by redoing all the voices and sound track. The result is something like Woody Allen's What's Up Tiger Lilly but funnier (sorry Woody.) the new plot involves a lesbian who gets cloned and gets into some crazy situations. Here is a a clip but the film really needs to be watched in its entirety to be fully appreciated.

Fishboy Goes Electric!
New flyer for a new show and this one is going to be awesome. A combination of stand up comedy and beautiful folk acts topped off by the loudest Fishboy set ever. We're going electric! you heard it here first. I've scrapped my wussy acoustic for the wussiest electric i could find. I've already heard that there are going to be some protesters too...Hopefully this wont be as bad as the 65 Newport folk festival, but who knows. Bad things happen when angry Dentonites don't get there way. Anyway, Austinites can come see us on thursday the 18th at the Mohawk with Laura Gibson and Pink Nasty, and Dentonites can come see us at this show:

Hello! welcome to the first post of the yofishblog. Currently my vision of this section of the website is for this blog to have two purposes, the first being the standard update from the road and studio "this is where we played and what happened" type thing and the second being a way to share our inspirations and other projects we've got going on. My goal is to have self made video accompanying the majority of the posts because it's more personal and generally...more fun. Here we go 2007!
