A quick update on those who have ordered a custom embroidered portrait sleeve cover. I have the first ten (out of 30) embroidery sleeves done and will get a few more in before my sister who has been graciously helping me with these takes some much needed vacation time and then comes back and knocks the rest of them out with me. Thank you so much for ordering these and being patent. I will let you know when yours is done and emailing you asking if I can make you a "creep of the day."
Good Morning everyone! Today we have the first official music video from Classic Creeps for the song: Autumn the Owl (Mistakes the Feelings of Being In Love with the Feelings of Being an Owl) I directed it my self by hand writing the lyrics and waving them around the screen with some owl (and human) friends. It is premiering over at the awesome blog You Aint No Picasso. Hope ya like it! (watch it full screen!)
Also, I fixed up the yofishboy shop with those CDRS and new shirts last night. Let me know if there are any bugs.
Here are some pictures of a limited edition first run of Classic Creeps CDR sleeves I made this weekend. Since there won't initially be an "official" CD release of the new record I made these for folks who still prefer the format. The first run of 50 was made by hand painting orange and yellow designs on chipboard sleeves and then gocco silk screening the front and back cover. If another run is made there will be new colors and a new design with a different character from Classic Creeps on the cover. This one is the "Autumn the Owl Edition"
These will be up for sale online tomorrow, as well as at shows until they sell out.
I drew a comic about this a while back and now the interview I did with Paul Slavens and KXT is up on their site over here! Paul did an excellent job editing down my rambling interview to nice little 15 minute overview of the album and plot(s) of the record. Check it out!
Also, we're one week away from the Denton album release show at Rubber Gloves! Here is a link to the Facebook event page! Get excited!
Also, a quick update on the embroidery pre orders. We have started the embroidery process but because we're doing so many some of you will get your packages later than others. I'll try to stay in contact with everyone about when I am sending things out. Thanks!
Are you guys excited for this show or what? You should be! I'll probably print some of these out and throw one in if you come the show and buy the record. How does that sound?
Here is a video from the 35 C show a few weeks ago shot by THE NEENER. Tommy and I have this same click off conversation every time we play this song:
It looks like the "official" release date of the album has been pushed back to May 10th which means that is the day that the record will hit stores. I should still have copies at the release show and if you ordered a copy from HHBTM.COM you should still get it around the 19th. It seems that pressing plants have been overwhelmed because of Record Store Day exclusives causing delays in everything everywhere.
Also, I've been pretty bad about mentioning Classic Creeps reviews on here as I have mostly been linking them on twitter and facebook, so I will start out by saying thank you to everyone who has mentioned or reviewed the record so far and apologize if I miss you.
First here is nice well thought out review from 0g Trans Fat, a blog with a couple other great movie and book reviews.
Here's one from Songs from the Road with who I did a long interview with outside of Dan's before the video above. They mentioned that they will post that soon.
and lastly (for now) here is a really nice review from a Croatian Weed Blog, translate that one and its a good read!

Hello!
You have found the website/blog for the Denton, TX indie rock outfit Fishboy updated by myself, founder, songwriter, and front person Eric Edward Fishboy. Along with band updates, I use this site as a forum for an autobiographical comic strip I have been drawing since early 2010 and may stop drawing any day now (no promises!) Click the links above for a better understanding of what's going on here.
